However, due to the nature of our digital products and services, we have a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced or a portfolio has been delivered.
1. No Refunds After Service Commencement
Once we begin working on your portfolio, payments are non-refundable. This includes:
✔ Custom portfolio design and development work
✔ Domain registration and hosting setup
✔ CRM and third-party integrations
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
✔ If the service has not started within 7 days of payment due to our delay
✔ If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical billing error
3. Modifications & Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the initial design or service, we offer modifications and revisions to ensure your portfolio meets your expectations.
4. Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel before we start working, you must notify us within 24 hours of payment to be eligible for a partial refund.
- Once the service has started, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
